Adding Courses to a Group

Additional courses can be added to a current Group (or class). This is especially helpful if all students in the class will remain the same. In this example, we will add the PMI Project Management Ready Review course

Step 1:

From the dashboard, click Edit on the active group.

Group details for "Period 1 | Computer" with the "Edit" button highlighted, allowing changes to the group settings.

Step 2:

To add another course, click the Add Course button. A pop-up window will show you the vendor licenses. Select the corresponding vendor license.

Courses section with an option to add a new course. The "Add Course" button is highlighted.

Step 3:

Select the desired course. You may add more than one at a time.

Add Course prompt with options to select a category, such as Information Technology, Microsoft Apps, PMI Project Management, and more. The "Save Changes" button is highlighted.

Step 4:

Choose the appropriate levels. You may choose more than one level per course.

Add Course prompt with the option to select the course level for HTML and CSS, ranging from Beginner to Expert. The Beginner level is currently selected.

Step 5:

Click the Save Changes button.

Add Course prompt with options to select courses such as Word 365 Apps, Word 2019, PowerPoint 365 Apps, and Excel 365 Apps. The "Save Changes" button is highlighted.

Step 6:

If you don't want a course to be visible yet, you can delete the course from the Group.

Great job! Learning product users are now ready to begin using XperienceED and, if applicable, proceed in learning from course content toward industry certification or a credential.
