Resetting Learner Passwords

 

 

Throughout the school year, a user will inevitably forget their password. While you cannot see their current password, you do have the ability to reset a learner password. You will then instruct them to create a new password. 


 

Step 1: From the landing page, select Group Management. 

 

 

 

 

Step 2: Within one of your groups, select Users. 


  
 

 

 

Step 3: Beneath the group information, select Learners. 

 

 


 

 

Step 4: Next to each user, you will see a pencil symbol. Choose the pencil symbol for the user that needs a password reset.

 


  
 

 

 

Step 5: In the edit user window, the password field will be blank. Simply type a new password for the user.

Step 6: Click Save. Be sure to remind the user to log in and create a new, strong password immediately.
